Tomasz Piotr Chudzinski & Partners Law Firm

Legal services for businesses and professionals in Poland

Our legal services in Poland cover ongoing business advice, commercial disputes, contract drafting and negotiations. We also support foreign investors and represent clients in regulatory proceedings, before courts and public authorities.

We support foreign-owned and Polish companies, management boards, medical entities, doctors and dentists, property investors, media businesses, creators, online platforms and railway-sector operators. From Warsaw and Wroclaw, we handle matters for clients throughout Poland. In particular, our experience covers the Mazowieckie, Dolnoslaskie, Slaskie and Pomorskie regions.

A focused law firm for business and demanding matters

Our principal areas of work are day-to-day legal support, commercial litigation and the drafting and negotiation of agreements. First, we assess risks and plan a strategy. We then assist through negotiations and, where necessary, court, enforcement or administrative proceedings.

The firm follows a boutique model. Clients work directly with the lawyer responsible for the matter. Together, we adjust the scope and billing method to the case, the organisation and the expected level of involvement. For example, you may instruct us on a single opinion or contract, a defined proceeding or an ongoing advisory basis.

How we start working together

First, send a short description through the contact form. We will indicate a secure way to provide the relevant documents. PLN 490 netLegal advice for a business where no document review is required.
PLN 750 netA legal consultation requiring document review and a meeting at the firm’s office or online.

For a commercial dispute, the first conversation may be used for a free initial assessment and fee proposal. However, that conversation is not legal advice. In an urgent matter, we also check whether a claim should be secured or whether a response, appeal or other procedural step is required within a deadline.

Choosing legal services in Poland: frequently asked questions

Can the firm provide ongoing legal support?

Yes. The scope may include regular consultations, contract work, corporate documentation, negotiations, support during inspections and representation in disputes. We therefore tailor the arrangement to the client’s actual workload and priorities.

Can a foreign company instruct the firm without a Polish-speaking representative?

Yes. We provide legal services in English and can support a foreign company from the planning stage through company formation, contracts and ongoing operations in Poland.

Does the firm act outside Warsaw?

Yes. We act for clients throughout Poland and conduct meetings online when appropriate. Court and administrative representation depends on the type and stage of the proceeding.

How should documents be sent?

Use the contact form to describe the matter. We will indicate the secure method for providing the documents needed for an initial assessment. Please do not send original documents before the scope of work is agreed.

Is the first commercial-dispute discussion chargeable?

An initial conversation may be used free of charge to qualify a commercial dispute and prepare a fee proposal. It does not constitute legal advice. If you need legal analysis, we first agree the scope and fee with you.

Does sending the form create a lawyer-client relationship?

No. A lawyer-client relationship begins only after the firm confirms that it can accept the matter and both sides agree the terms of the engagement.
